Great - earlier is better for me. Just need to figure out how early the first leg pilots can go and if we even have a first leg pilot (sounds like we have a #2). I am hoping to be able to be back into FDK by 11ish to meet you - we'll see how all that works out.

I know you've had a lot of offers and it will be hard to sort them out. I am based in Northern Virginia and can help any day this weekend (11/10-11/12) with a middle leg for either the cats (crated) or dogs (uncrated). I have about a 200 mile range, so I could pickup in Northern Virginia (Winchester) and get them to northeast Pennsylvania (Allentown) or central New Jersey (Trenton). Or pickup in central Virginia (Richmond) and drop off in east central Pennsylvania (Reading).

Thank you for the offers - I think we're good once they get to the Northern VA region (I was going to pick up at HWY and bring to Frederick and meet up with Bruce to bring them North) -- just waiting to find out if they can get to Northern VA. Mary Beth - Elizabethtown -> KXSA
Matt - KXSA -> Frederick, MD

Mel - Frederick, MD -> southern NJ (Cats)
Bruce - Frederick, MD to RI (Dogs)

I also have another pilot who is willing to help and is based in northern VA, Don Alexander. Matt has a commitment at 1 pm on Sunday, so we have to do this as early as possible. Please send me your thoughts and, again, thank you all VERY much!!

Thanks Rosemary for putting this together for us. I am good to go for the Frederick MD to RI mission with the dogs on Sunday, 11/11/12...if you need me to flexible I can work that out, but KFDK is my preferred pickup point.

Rosemary - is it possible to get weights on the puppies and mom dog (and cats too - guess I have seen some big cats).

Depending on crating, can likely take them all...but one thing to note, would ideally like to find an airport West of KXSA if possible (unless that's someone's home base) since KXSA would take me through the DC SFRA no-fly zone (although can go around).

For me to be back at 12 to make my commitment, I would need to be wheels up from KXSA at 11 which means I need to meet at 10:30 at KXSA -- is that feasible?
