Mel - you have done an amazing job coordinating this!!!! For some reason, I have not been getting the email notifications when postings are made on this thread. I've been working on the email to send to all parties, including drivers. I've asked that the puppies be at Lancaster by 9:15 am.

I will need ETAs at all airports once all details are ironed out so I can let receiving parties know. One email will be sent to everyone by this evening, or as soon as I have all info.

We are good. We will be at Lancaster airport by 9am anyway to prep the plane.

Mel & Gary, shooting for as close as possible to 1300 at JYO, and yes, the transient parking area by the terminal is fine. (We'll stop at my hangar for a beer another time!)

Hi Everyone,

I am working on one email to all parties and need info ASAP.

I need cell phone numbers and personal email addresses for Steve, Gary, and Rich.
I also need ETA in Providence.

Mel - I will not be able to meet you tomorrow. My rescue partner, Cara, will be meeting you to pick up the dogs. I have to go meet a potential adopter for another dog. I'll meet you on the next transport. Also, I will ask the sending parties to send the food and meds will be going with the pups anyway.

Rosemary:

Flight time from Linden to Providence will be about 1:45.

If the pups are picked up at Leesburg around 1300, two hours pick up the pups at Linden at 1500 that puts me into Providence around 1715 - 1730. Kind of a late pick up, but we'll do our best to get them there.
