Re: DFW to Denver, CO: Heeler Transport
Kimberly,
It looks like you've already cross-posted with:
Abandoned Peke in Tulsa, OK to Denver, CO
http://pilotsnpaws.org/forum/viewtopic. ... 85&e=65985
I don't see much else right now...
The weather is still pretty if'y for this weekend, but if your heeler can get to Tulsa before Sat, I would hope we could bring them both with one relay--two legs--on Sat.

Re: DFW to Denver, CO: Heeler Transport
Kim,
Here's another possibility to join up with. Maybe the first fellow I met up with who flew from Austin alone, picked up his Dad in the DFW area then met me in the OK panhandle.

Weather may be looking up for Sat. Sun wx in the DEN area not too good.
HTH,
Lynn

Re: DFW to Denver, CO: Heeler Transport
I can do this flight on Thursday or Friday, weather permitting. I normally do long flights, so this one I can do in one leg. I am based in Terrell so if you can get the dog there the morning of the transport, I will fly him to Denver, normally Front Range Airport or Centennial Airport. Do you still need transport?

Re: DFW to Denver, CO: Heeler Transport
They probably need to be able to do it either day, as weather is the deciding factor. If weather on Thursday looks good, we will do it then. IF it doesnt, we will delay until Friday, hoping for clearer weather.

Please have them at Terrell Municipal Airport at 7:30 AM Thursday monring. That will give us time to load the dog and get wheels up by 8 AM.
