This boy will have surgery for inverted eyelids 6/4 and should be ready to travel to rescue in WI around the 13th. He arrived at the shelter as a stray, but had a girlfriend with him. She's been adopted and he's depressed without her and in pain from the eye problems. His life is now about to get much happier.
Can you help him get to WI?

Sam is larger than I thought from his picture--60 lbs. He will have a large crate (if needed by pilots).
