How big is Holly? What breed? Are they traveling in crates? If so, I need to know the crate sizes. I don't have alot of room so I don't want to commit to something I cannot do.

Hi everybody, i was waiting to see what the wx was gonna do with us this weekend b4 i chimed in on this one; now i know!!! I can definately assist next weekend on this, but i need dog specs too. I am out of Kennett, MO. ( KTKX ), and i could shoot over to Jackson and pickup and transport to say H88 or FAM or maybe all the way to Spirit, depending on what Mike or John can work out with me; just let me know so i can reserve the plane for say; Saturday. Mike or John i will work with either of you're schedules and let's see if we can make this happen next weekend.... :D :plane:

All,
If FlyingTrucker and John can make this happen, I will bail out as I have two other flying commitments next weekend already and working with me would be 'complicated' to say he least. Keep me as a backup !

I think we can do it, IF both dogs will fit in my plane.
ThNks Mike.

Holly is actually a short but husky dog. She does weigh 63lbs but does not look it. She might possibly be mixed with some bassett because of her extremely short legs. She is a lowrider for sure and Jewels is between 35-40lbs. I don't have them crated, they ride good without one. Please give me a call and let me know what day ya'll thank you can get this done on. My number is 731-267-5535. Thank you so much for everything

Oh, I wanted to add that Holly is actually going to Normal, IL which is half way between Springfield and Chicago if a stop could be made near Normal to drop Holly off, that would be great :)

A dropoff in Normal is no problem as it's nearly right enroute. I can only agree to this mix if the two dogs get along and behave together. They will have to ride side by side in my back seat in VERY close quarters. Otherwise I will only be willing to bring the Lab back to Chicago.
Trucker, I'm thinking if you could bring them to Mt. Vernon, IL that is about equal flying distance for both of us and a fair split.
Any thoughts?

They do get along fine together. I will take them both for a ride in the back of my car and see how they behave but I really don't see it being a problem with these 2 .

Hi Carrie,
Do you have this flight covered for the weekend of the 18th to the 21st? If John and Mike are a definite then I'll look for an opportunity to help on another trip. If things change and flying to meet up in St. Louis on friday the 18th is needed just let me know as soon as you can and I'll get with my partner to set up the trip. Please keep me in mind for future needs.

Thanks,
