Report from Pilot Steve Shivers is that KLVL is very PNP friendly. When Steve mentioned he was doing a PNP flight today they offered him a fuel discount. Not only that, but they also gave him bottled water and had freshly baked cookies and candy available. There is no self serve fuel, just FYI.
