Breeds, weight, age: Terrier mix, 12 lbs and 5 lbs, 6 mos and 8 wks
Health Condition: Good
Heart worm Status: Negative
Vaccinations: yes
Health Certificate:yes
Spay/Neutered: no
Special needs:
Name of Sending Rescue/Parties. Tri State Pet Rescue
Name of Receiving Rescue/Parties: Aloha Animal Clinic
