Ed,
If you can bring the dog to Buffalo via Canada, I can fly him to PA or NJ to meet up with the other pilot who could fy him to Boston from there. I may be going to NJ anyway this weekend to pick up a couple of dogs, so I could take this dog on the outbound flight.

If you can drive the dogs to Buffalo, I could take them on to meet up with the pilot in CT, who could take them to Boston, if he were willing to fly east for a bit to meet me. That would save you a part of a very long road trip.
