I can probably do this whole flight, depending on how soon you need it.

Would be KAUS to KPWA, about a 3 to 3.5 hour flight for me depending on winds and what plane I take. It might need to be about 2 weeks out though, looking at plane rentals. If that's not an issue I'll look in to it closer.

Thanks, Alex. How soon do you need to know? Not sure
if he can stay kenneled that long.

It looks like I could probably do this 4/20 in the afternoon, leaving Austin Bergstrom airport around 1:30. My next dates available wouldn't be until the 26th-28th.

I'm weather dependent also; I can only good in good VFR weather as I don't have my instrument rating yet. It's supposed to be nice weather at least in Austin on Saturday, so hopefully that holds out all the way up to OKC as well.

edit: I went ahead and booked the plane for the 20th; it's easy enough to cancel if that date doesn't work for you.

Let me know how this goes. I have flights on Sat. and Sun. If this doesn't happen this weekend, I could fly part/all of it this coming week, VFR-weather permitting.

Best,
Wade

Thanks Wade. I should be all set to take him up on Saturday unless the weather goes bad. If not, I'll be sure to update here.

Alex, what's the chance you could make a stop on the way back so that you don't come home from Julie's flight empty? I need to get a Bluetick Coonhound from Mt Pleasant, TX, to Georgetown, TX, from shelter to foster home. Tomorrow would be ideal.

Thanks!
