Additional Info/situation: This mission will likely take 3-4 legs/pilots. Transfer points could be Blacksburg, VA, Frederick, MD/Winchester, VA/Martinsburg, WV, Carlisle, PA. These 3 dogs are going to Schenectady, NY. They could fly into Albany, NY instead if that's a better destination for the pilots. Also, they are departing from Knoxville, TN. Morristown, TN could work as well if that would be better.

Thank you for your kind offers to help, Matt, Mike and Scott!

Scott, Since you are flying the whole way on Sunday anyway, let's go with your ride for this mission. The early weather forecast calls for 40% chance of showers on the Albany side on Sunday. If you can't fly on Sunday, when would you be doing the flight home? The dogs are ready to go now and I'll have the rescue go ahead and get their health certificate. Leaving from Crossville is fine for this rescue and pick-up in Albany works well too. I'll write you directly regarding departure/arrival times.

Hi Lorene,

Rain should be no problem, I am instrument rated. The pick-up at Crossville would be in early afternoon Sunday. I think we did it around 1 pm last time so lets shoot for that. Flight time back to Albany is about 3.5 hours so plan on say 5PM. All times to be confirmed of course.

Got it, Scott. I'll put together a mission plan based on these times and send it to you tonight.

This mission was completed today. Thank you, Scott, for flying the 2 puppies the whole way. The adult dog, Norman, caught a ride on a long distance ground transport, so wasn't included as a passenger for this mission. Thanks also to Matt and Mike for offering to cover 2 of the legs had we needed a relay transport for this mission.
