Number of animals being transported: one
Breeds, weight, age: Boston terrier, 5 weeks old, under 5 ibs
Health Condition: he is a puppy with swimmer syndrome. otherwise healthy
Heart worm Status: (baby)
Vaccinations: he has been dewormed, holding vaccinations due to age and transport urgency
Health Certificate: if absolutely needed yes
Spay/Neutered: no
Special needs: He is a "swimmer puppy" he will need to be transported with the knowledge of his incontinence and inability to walk. A thick blanket to lay on, in a crate with padding, and moved and checked frequently, monitoring of his skin, etc.

Additional Info/situation: This puppy cannot be walked as he cant walk, and its critical we get him as close to NY ASAP. SNL and AHD airports are also good for sending. We need to get him as close to NY as possible and fast. We can also send people by ground to meet, pick up a ground leg, etc. but PLEASE post any and all offers here so we can start piecing this together ASAP! thank you SO MUCH!
