Robin - I may be able to do this transport on Tuesday (July30th). I will have to confirm this, however, with you on Monday. Does the dog need to go to the Charlotte-Douglas Airport (CLT) or can we fly into Concord (JQF) or one of the other feeder airports around CLT?

Hi Ken and Cindy
It would be wonderful if you can fly this dog for us. The adopting family lives in Matthews, NC so i believe that they can be very flexible as to which airport you land. The mom and daughter share a car and with the daughter's work schedule - she doesn't have the 5 hours it takes to get here and back so her daughter can make it work, etc. I look forward to hearing from you tomorrow. Thanks again.

Hi Robin - I am 90% sure Cindy and I can make the trip tomorrow (July 30th). I will confirm with you later this evening.
For initial planning purposes, we intend to be at Atlantic Aero at Greensboro about 11:00am for the pick up. It looks like the Charlotte-Monroe Airport (EQY) is the closest airport to Matthews NC. We could be there at approximately 12:15pm. Please check with the adopting family to ensure this location and time will work for them. Again, I will confirm later today and work out the details.

Robin,

Ken and I can definitely do this transport tomorrow (Tuesday, July 30th). We hope to arrive in Charlotte around 11:15 a.m. Could you please send us the adopter's contact info.?

Many thanks!

Do you mean arrive in Greensboro at 11:15? or Charlotte? Please advise what time you want us to meet you at the airport and if it's landmark aviation or atlantic aero. Thank you Here is adopters' number

Robin -
Sorry for the confusion. We will be at the Atlantic Aero FBO in Greensboro at 11:00 this morning (July 30th). We plan to take the dog to the Charlotte-Monroe Airport, arriving at approximately 12:15. In the event the adopter is unsure where to go, here is the address for the Charlotte-Monroe Executive Airport (EQY):

3900 Paul J. Helms Drive
Monroe, NC 28110-9382
704-226-2300

We will bring a small crate with us or Cindy can hold the dog, if that would be better.

Hi Ken and Cindy
Thank you so much. I think it would be great if Cindy can hold the dog. She is small, loving and it would help if she can sit on her lap so as not to be scared. See you at 11 am
