Thanks for responding Paul! We just found out that the one puppy (Ellen) gets VERY terrible carsickness so we'd love to cut her travel time in half.

We are still looking for another leg!

Zarina - just an FYI - dogs typically react in an airplane exactly as they do in a car, which is a good indicator of how well they'll do on a flight. If they fall asleep or quietly look out the window when driven around, they will do so in a plane. If in a car they are anxious / active / or sick from the motion, you can expect similar behavior once airborne. I would be prepared for Ellen to get sick enroute (ie. you may want to have her in a crate vs. tethered).

Thanks Rick. Unfortunately we kind of figured that. She would have to be crated. We are trying to just cut her time down in whatever mode of transportation (4 hours flying vs 8 hours driving roughly).

Per my discussion with Michelle, if no one else can split this, I'll do the whole thing into Caldwell tomorrow. Anticipate dep Winchester, VA at 0900, arr Charleston at 1030, dep 1115, arrive Caldwell about 1:45. Michelle mentioned a small 5th dog, which shouldn't be a problem. (May be able additional small dogs as well.) Cell: 973-219-3994. N9372Q - Paul

Hi Paul!

I checked and actually the one other dog weighs about 25 pounds. Does this still work for a 5th dog?

The other two I have are 40 and 70, which won't work I'm imaging.

The 25 pounder should not be a problem and the 40 pounder might also work. Depends on crate size. (Michelle said you'd be supplying; I have crates also, with a collapsible wire crate already open in the plane. - Back seats are out so I'd be stacking.) I'll need contact phone numbers. My email is [email protected].

Hi Paul,

That's great.

What sizes crates do you have? We can supply whatever you need. All our dogs get along with other dogs, just FYI.

Paul,

This is Michelle. I'm making a sheet with all the dogs on it for you, as well as contact information.

What is your e-mail so that I send it to you and connect you with drop off and pick up?
