Hi Ron,

I'll be emailing you as well. I'm new to the board and looking to gather a local list of pilots in the Philly/NJ/NYC area.

I am a relatively new private pilot looking to get up in the air as much as possible. Based in Scarsdale, NY but willing to travel to catch a flight with you Ron. I could use more Xtry PIC and happy to tag along! I have about 100hrs in C172. Just started IFR training. Feel free to email me or call.

Welcome Ron. I could have used your services when I flew a King Charles Cavalier to PHL, then had to DRIVE to Bangor,ME. Tail end of a storm, so weather was too crappy to was a long 2 days, but it was hard to say "goodbye" to Toby.

HI! I am the director of Granville County SPARE, working to save the animals in the Granville County NC shelter, a high-kill facility and one of the TEN remaining gassing facilities in the state of NC! We are over-crowded and attempting to get several animals to rescues in the northeast. All the rescues we work with are 501c3 tax exempt. We are near RDU airport but the best pickup location for us is our local municipal airport - Oxford/Henderson (zip code 27565). The animals we need to transport are as follows:

1) "JOY" is a 2 year old hound mix weighing 45 pounds, fully vetted and healthy, needing to get to her rescue in Washington DC (20002) or any surrounding airport such as Potomac Field, Stafford, etc...
2) "LEVI" "RILEY" and "TOBY" are pointer/lab mixes who were all surrendered together, all housetrained and command trained, fully vetted and weighing 65, 58 and 49 pounds respectively. They need to travel to the Westminster, MD (21157) area. Rescue is willing to drive a reasonable distance to meet plane.
3) "EMMA" an abused female chocolate lab, 4-5 years old, weighing 58 pounds, fully vetted and healthy, very timid and submissive. She needs to get to Albany, NY (12202) or the surrounding area, ASAP.

Please let me know if you might be able to assist these wonderful animals in reaching safety! Thanks for all you do!!!!
