I'm giving 5:30pm so I'll know 100% that even with some departure delays I can make it there on time and you (or the ground transportation people) won't have to sit there waiting for me. It is likely I'll be there a bit earlier, as in 4:45pm or 5pm. I can text someone with exact time just before my take-off on the way down.
If the adopters drive, they can pick the dog up in the Civil Air Terminal in Hanscom (200 Hanscom Dr Bedford MA). Alternatively, if ground transportation at Hanscom side is an issue, I can drop the dog off in Arlington on my way home (doable but not my preference - I'd rather be "dog free" when I tie down the plane etc).

Perfect! I have ground transport on the Long Island side confirmed. Working on the adopter pick-up in Bedford, if no then I can also meet you as I am in Boston. THANK YOU!

I'll try to wrap this up earlier - so if they can be flexible and I'll tell them when I heading up from Long Island, that would be great.

I'll need phone numbers for:
Drop-off people at HWV.
Adopters who pick up at BED.
Your number in case I encounter any issues.

I will text with arrival time at HWV before my take-off from Hanscom.
I will text with arrival time at BED before my take-off from Brookhaven.

My number:

It was a pleasure yesterday. Flat tire in the plane and a demoralizing line for take-off made me get there a bit later than I expected but did not demoralize anyone.
When my co-pilot texted the adopters before we took off from Brookhaven, they told her they were already at our destination airport waiting. Talk about getting there early. They were extremely happy and excited to meet their new pet (renamed to "Angel" now), they gave me a heartwarming and touching "thank you" card.

This mission was a great reminder of how wonderful PNP is.
