Additional Info/situation:
Flower found her self at the shelter just before the holidays. Rescue has a foster in Chico CA and we have transport from Sacramento north. California City is very remote and hard to get to by ground transport and we are hoping either for a flight from California City to Apple Valley CA where we can board and get her on a paid transport north next week - or better yet - put together a relay from California City north to Sacramento Executive Airport. Thank you so very much!

Thank you for saving the day Paul! Flower is in her home in Chico tonight and will see the vet tomorrow morning. She has obviously been neglected but that will not be happening anymore. We all appreciate you so very much!
