Here is the address for the party who is going to meet you in OKC.

12750 Trawalter Lane, Von Ormy, TX 78073.

We will now only have three dogs - Clyde will not be making the trip.

Do we think Molly and Rosa will ride nicely together in my large crate since Clyde won't be coming? Weather is looking so so for Sunday. I think it will force a late morning or early afternoon departure from OKC. Then weather in KC is forecast for 30% chance of snow. Saturday looks a lot better if that's a possibility for everyone involved.

I will send a message to the person driving to OKC and verify. It is OK on our end. Let me send her a message now and I will post as soon as I get a response form her.

I would imagine the two crates will work. She knows what we have to work with.

Thanks,
Debbie

OK - Saturday is fine with ground transport on both ends. We just need to know approximate times so we can finish our planning as well as meeting location on both ends.

Can you send your cell phone number also so that I can give it to transport on both ends.

Thank you so much for your help!

Will the ground transport to Mason City be coming from Mason City or is it Kansas City based? I'm considering other Kansas City area airports to make it easier for them. Its not exactly easy to get to the general aviation terminal at Wheeler Downtown airport and the terminal access procedures are a bit cumbersome for both of us. We can still do it or I can alternatively land at Lee's Summit Municipal airport or at Midwest National Airport NW of Kansas City near the town of Mosby and west of Excelsior Springs on HWY 69.

For the departure I think we should meet no later than 8:45am so we can be in the air by 9:30am. A good address for the sending ground transport to use is 7110 NW 63rd St., Bethany, OK. You can plug that into Google maps and it will be right at the gate to get into my hangar. There are several parking spots there so we can meet there. I will be in a big white Chevy pickup.

Debbie, I will PM you my cell phone number. If I leave on time in OKC I should be to whichever KC area airport by 11:00-11:15. I can text the receiving party when I take off with updated times. Please let me know which airport makes the most sense for the receiving ground transport and we'll make it happen. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

The ground transport is coming from Mason City so what ever airport you set it up for will be fine with us. I am forwarding your message to the San Antonio people so we can make sure they are there on time. What ever airport you select will be great.

You can text to the phone number I gave you for LaBeth when you take off in OKC. They will already be on the road by the time you text as I believe driving time is about 4 1/2 hours.

We really appreciate all you have done to make this happen. You are great!

I will relay times now.

Thanks,
Debbie

I just got a message from KC to Mason City transport and they want to know if we can do the Midwest National Airport - it seems to be a little easier for them to get in and out of.

Let me know.
Thanks,

The weather forecast looks a bit worse for the Kansas City area this morning. Now they are forecasting a 50% chance of snow around noon. Could we perhaps meet in OKC at 8:00am now instead of 8:45? That may help me avoid low ceilings and snow in Kansas on the return trip. If we load up quickly I can hopfully be in the air by 8:45 and be at Midwest National by 10:30am.

That will be fine - she is driving up there tonight I will pass it on - so that moves everything up 45 minutes - I will make sure the transport in Kansas City is there and ready to immediately unload so you cn get back in the air ASAP.

It should be a quick load and unload with only the three dogs.

Thanks,
Debbie
