A warning mist the night before gave way on the following morning as PNP pilot William Chalfant flew CrisisDogsNC Amy from Charlotte, where his Beechcraft A36 Bonanza is based, and headed to Farmville Regional Airport, VA.  PNP Pilot Christopher Strissel then carried on to St. Mary’s Regional Airport, Maryland, home to his Cherokee Piper Arrow and Amy’s adoptive family. There, on Thanksgiving weekend, Amy began her new life.
