I need ground transport from Fredericksburg, VA to Philly for 6 kittens. Then 4 will stay with rescue in Philly and other two will go on to New Hampshire. The NH two are very urgent and will lose their chance at rescue if not there by sunday night. Can anyone help?? Please text at
