Transport needed for two pups

Hi, my family is from Florida (near Fort Lauderdale) but we need to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area for a year because my son has a rare disease and is participating in a clinical trial at Oakland Children’s hospital. A friend suggested checking this forum since one of the dogs is a rescue and the other was gifted to my son as a support animal. We had planned to fly them on Delta or United but, because of COVID, neither airline is taking dogs that are too large to fly in the cabin. Mine pups are about 35 and 55 lbs. My family would be so appreciative for your help. This has been a difficult time with a lot of variables beyond our control and this piece of the puzzle is really stressing us out because our dogs are a part of our family and we don’t know what to do!
