Auto notifications

Hi

I am no longer receiving email notifications when someone replies to my transport help needed posts. I have tried to figure out the problem but can't seem to fix the issue. I have always received an email when someone replies to my post but with my last post, I am not.

Hi Laurel,

I checked your email ([email protected]) for any unsubscribes or delivery failures and did not see anything.

The mail platform shows mail is being delivered..

can you check your spam folder?

As a pilot, I used to get emails when someone posted an airport within 300 miles of one end or the other. Can you check me out on that, please? I haven't had one in ages.

Looks like you might have hit unsubscribe way back in Dec. It sets your notification distance to 0 - so you'll need to go into your profile and change that back to 300 or such. You can do that here - ucp.php?i=ucp_profile&mode=profile_info

For others - I am going to lock this thread so we don't keep notifying the original poster/etc.

If you accidentally unsub or mark somethign as spam, or otherwise don't get emails when you think you should - just make a new topic here at the tech support area viewforum.php?f=17
