Can't input name on Control Panel --> Profile page

I am having trouble entering my name on the User Control Panel --> Profile page. I need to do this in order to obtain a Compassion callsign. I've tried it on a PC and on an ipad. I get the following error message:

"The field “Pilot ACA Compassion Call Sign - Name” has invalid characters, only alphanumeric or _,-. characters are allowed and the first character must be alphabetic."

I typed my name is several times on two different devices and don't have any special characters or number in my name. I think it might be a website problem.

Give it another try... unsure how, but it got changed to not allow spaces for some reason.

Still not working with a single space between my first and last names.

Seems to be a prob with the forum software saving the setting... try _now_ again

I just logged out and back in, and it let me change it to a name with a space.
