I added Jake’s story below the required questions template. I need to correct a typo in the story but cannot figure out how to get back to it as all the edit capabilities only allow changes to the required questions. The correction should be Toledo OH not AR.
Jake’s story- Jake has lived all 7 years with his Mom. Unfortunately, she recently passed away from Dementia/ Altzheimers. She had been in a wheelchair for most of her later years so Jake stayed near always. They were so bonded in love. He didn’t get a chance to say goodbye and he is mourning. He is being moved to a loving foster home in Toledo AR. We are hoping to find help for most of his journey
