Saved Draft doesn't give an option to post

I started a draft for a transport but needed additional info from the sender so I saved. I got that info and completed the rest of the form. However on the bottom it only gives me options to "Reset" or "Save. I don't get an option to submit. How can I submit my draft to get the transport request out on the Forum Board?

Go here -

Then click Load Draft.

Thanks Mike! I just did, assume it has to be previewed first as it didn't show up. I appreciate your help
