Got Error...then it double posted on me?

So when I initially tried to post my transport request, it gave me an error screen. Naturally, since I know how some forums are, I just hit the back button to try again.

In this event, it must have posted. But what I didn't realize was that it had ALSO posted with the error message screen. So if possible can I please get the following request at the link below deleted or whatever?
