Desperate!
My niece desperately needs transport of one cat from Iowa to Washington State. I don't know how to fill out the request form, and this cat has to be left in a no kill shelter today because no one will house him even for a short time. He is a very sweet neutered male and my niece is heartbroken over not being able to afford to take him on the plane to Washington. She found herself suddenly without a home, car or money. I sent her plane fair, but the cat is getting 'left out in the cold'. What can I do?
