Puppies from the Bahamas

We've rescued from the Bahamas before but this time is much more difficult. There is no established shelter on Great Exuma so their Humane Society's connections are slim. How can I organize international transport with slim to no help on the ground? all a pilot would need to do is get them to Florida and I can pick them up from there.
