Flight on Transport Map how to find out about it.

Post by biogenicsltd » Tue May 21, 2019 3:23 pm

I am trying to arrange a pup to go from SC to Idaho. I see on the Transport Map that one just occurred in the last 3 days. How do I find out who facilitated that or did the transport to see if they could do another? Any assistance that can be given would be greatly appreciated.

Click on the line and it should give you a link to open it in the forum.

Does that work?

The only transport from SC to ID showing on the transport map is yours. You click on the arrow of any transport on the map and the link to that request will pop up.
That is an extremely long distance for a request and with weather being so unpredictable this time of year, I think it would tough to complete. You'd need overnight fosters all along the way to cover legs cancelled because of the weather. Each pilot only covers 200-300 MI on average.

Thank you for such a prompt response. I misinterpreted my request as a flight that occurred. So sorry - I know it is a long way. I am just in hopes that by some miracle a combined effort could be made to rescue this pup. Any suggestions you can give on how to facilitate it would be greatly appreciated. It was the shelter who recommended PNP as they have worked with them before.

I would suggest looking into a commercial flight or ground transport. Good luck.
If it wasn't such huge distance, PNP could probably help. Sorry
