I don’t think this is possible yet due to the boarders but if and when they reopen is a flight possible from Kentucky to the closest boarder point into Winnipeg? In a non covid world the rescue would have someone meet there to get the dogs over the boarder and to Canadian fosters
Just wanted to reach out and see if this is possible once boarders open up

You would need to post a request on the ride board but it could be possible. I'm guessing it would need several pilots to complete.
