Rescue from Henrietta NY into Canada

Adopting family willing to travel to Niagra Falls for their dog. Or if Covid restrictions allow can a flight go into Canada from Henrietta to meet the family and hand off the dog?

Usually most pilots will prefer to meet at an airport on the US side, leaving the receiver to get it across the border. There is paperwork, legalities, etc with taking an animal into other countries which vary greatly with "its my dog" vs "its a dog I'm bringing in for adoption" etc

Its best to research the trip and find an airport near where the person receiving can drive down and meet a flight.
