We have two flights scheduled with a couple of amazing pilots on Saturday thanks to the fabulous coordination skills of Jer. It's two legs total with about 8 hours or so in the air.
The mom is nursing three 2.5 week old puppies and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on how to do this transport safely and ensure mom and pups are comfortable?
The mom is rather large and will be in a 36" long kennel which is a bit of a tight squeeze for her. I was planning on putting the puppies in a separate smaller crate just so that they will be safe in case momma gets nervous during the flight.
Any tips on the best way to keep these guys all safe and fed in flight would be appreciated!
