desparate to get an old guy to Arizona

My sister went into a nursing home in Poplar Bluff Missouri. She has a poor little pup that is being boarded at a Vet's office. There is no rescue of help or other options available there except to have him euthanized. I live in Tucson, Arizona and I foster for Cherished Tails Sanctuary and Saving Animals from Euthanasia. I am in the process of trying to get my sister transferred to Arizona (it may be months) and I would like also to get her dog here. Is there any chance of arranging such a transfer through PNP?
