Super brand new to this group… A friend in France (Jean) tasked another very sweet friend in TX (Kim) with saving a dog (Lakota) from a high-kill shelter, and fostering until they can get Lakota to a forever home France. However, a move has come up for Kim & family, and they will be relocating to a city with a 3 dog limit. Lakota makes number four. The international rescue with whom Jean had been working is proving slow and relatively uncooperative. Are there any resources in this group which may provide some insight into what alternative steps could taken next? Thanks so much in advance!
