I can take a second leg from someplace in either Indiana or Ohio. For instance Auburn KGWB is about 200 miles from the center. Toledo KTOL is about 256.

Thanks so much Richard, Jim, & Chris!

I can drive from Mass to RI/CT/NY & even into Pennsylvania if that helps make it work? That way too, I do as much of my part as I can & like I said, I’ll reimburse for gas, etc.

November 7th through 11th works for me. And I’ll just check with Sherri from the A.R.K. to make sure those dates work for her, which hopefully they will since Lacon, Illinois is where her animal rescue is located. Thanks so much for making this so convenient for her, especially since she works heavy hours and saves over 1,200 dogs per year.

Gents, if I copied the previous responses correctly, here's a proposed route:

C75-KGWB, 197 nmi - Christopher
KGWB-KYNG, 198 nmi - Jim
KYNG-KAVP, 224 nmi - NEEDED
KAVP-KEWB, 216 nmi - Rich

Sound reasonable?

This could work. My only limitation is plane availability and weather.

Sherri - would the dog have a harness which could be tethered to the seatbelts. Or does he come with a crate? If yes, what size?

Thanks
Christopher

Hi Chris! Sherri said the crate would be about 18”x18”x24” or 20”x20”x26”. We could also put a harness on her. Perhaps depends if you think it might be more comfortable for her to lay down in a crate…
