Transport notifications

Post by TimeLord » Wed Oct 21, 2020 11:22 am

about 3 or 4 months ago I stopped getting notifications about flight requests. I've gone through my profile and don't see anything that would allow or disallow the notifications other than setting the distance I'm willing to fly to 300nm.

Thanks, Jeff

Hi - your email has rejected/bounced a few times in the past, so the system will drop trying to deliver. I undid the block, but if your mail service rejects it will block it again. Might want to whitelist the pnp domain on your end to prevent that, or use another email.

Sounds like users need a way to reset/reverify the outgoing emails from the forums.

I know my mail system was having connectivity issues around that time due to my isp, it did not reject any received emails. I'm guessing the PnP site took a message that was undeliverable because my server was unreachable and considered it a rejection.

Yes Jeff, that would be great. I run the tech side of things as a volunteer with limited time.. So if you or anyone else wants to take a stab at things like this, happy to provide the access/info as needed.

I used to get emails for transport requests that were within 250 miles of my location (KENW) I no longer do. What has changed.
