The travel crate is confirmed to be 21.5 inches in height, 21.5 inches in width and 28 inches in length. Will this work with everyone's planes?

I hope so. I'm not at the plane right now. I'll try to run over there to look at it with a tape measure.
IF the crate is too big, I assume it can be collapsed and then rebuilt inside the plane?
IF SO, we'll need a way to corral the puppies outside the crate while we do that.

The crate is a hard sided travel crate and not collapsible. If it doesn't fit please let us know so we can purchase a smaller one today, not a problem!

The hard-sided crates we have split in half like a clamshell. It's not one of those, either?
Waiting on dimensions of the door opening now. It's wrapping up some work in the shop.

To be safe you should get a collapsible one, just incase it does not fit it wont slowdown the schedule

Ok, we are getting two hard sided cat crates and putting two in each one, will send new measurements shortly!
Also, what time should I planning on meeting you at Kingston-Ulster airport?

I have one crate that’s 18x18x27, do u think we can fit all 4 puppies in that? It splits in half, top half/bottom half of need be for Hillel.

The biggest concern is avoiding having to collapse the crate because these puppies are super squirrely and we want to be safe. If that crate can fit in everybody's door, we would be thrilled to use it, will be a tight squeeze for the puppies but it can be done! Let us know and thank you!
