Are messages sending?

Post by Freedomcollie » Sat Nov 11, 2017 1:27 pm

I have sent a few private messages to pilots to seek help with a flight. They show up in my Outbox, but not in my sent messages. How do I know if they actual were sent to pilot? I am logged into my account also. Thanks Pat

If they're in your outbox they can't be delivered- usually because the recipient's PM inbox is full.. If you look at their profile, it will show their last login date.. sometimes folks go inactive and might not be checking PMs.

Just to add to what Mike explained, sometimes they continue to show in our outbox simply because they have not been read yet. It doesn't always mean that the mailbox is full but it might be. Either way it indicates the person you sent the PM to has not opened it. It will no longer show once they do.

Ok, I think I understand. They will stay in my Outbox until the pilot reads and then show as sent. Thanks so much
