Freedom Flight 79

Recently I was privileged to be part of a multi-flight mission for Elvira, one of the most amazingly friendly dogs I’ve transported so far.  This was our 79th Freedom Flight, and I was joined by my friend, co-worker, and co-pilot Randy for his first intro to PNP.
Darlene Hennessy coordinated the huge effort for what was the first half o Elvira’s journey from one coast to the other, California to Pennsylvania.   We did the first leg, from French Valley to Deer Valley Airport, in Phoenix, AZ.   From there fellow PnP pilots Mark, Andree, and Greg connected Elvira to OKC where she is in foster until the rest of the flights can be put together.
Getting any of these flights together is a team effort, but Darlene put in a huge effort to get Elvira all the way across the country.  Everyone who has helped with ground transportation, fostering, and flying deserves a big thank you.
Here are a few pics, and a link to the highlight video for the first leg.
